MATT GARGIULO

Executive Director

Pastor Matt started at Growing Hearts in August 2020. He is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University (B.S. in Elementary Education), Nazarene Theological Seminary (M.A. in Christian Education), and North Park University (graduate certificate in Church / Nonprofit Administration). He and his wife, Rachel, live in Bloomington with their two daughters. Matt previously has served as an elementary teacher, associate pastor, daycare director, and church administrator and is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene.

LIZ BOOTH

Assistant Director

Liz started at Growing Hearts in November 2020. She is a graduate of Huntington University (B.S. in Psychology & Sociology) and Ashford University (M.A. in Early Childhood Education Leadership). She and her husband, Charles, recently relocated to Ellettsville with their two sons. Liz served as a camp counselor and assistant store manager prior to her experience as an infant and toddler teacher at both a registered childcare ministry and nationally accredited licensed center.
